Owain sounds very knightly in a good way due to the Arthurian connection. The knights of the round table come to mind before Owain Glyndwr. I think some people would mispronounce it as Owen.

I love it. It's a fairly common name in Wales and I know a few of them; I doubt it's used much outside Wales though, as the pronunciation's Welsh.
The link with Owain Glyndŵr is definitely immediate for Welsh people, he's very well known!

Owain is more handsome then Owen and it reminds me of Gawain, which is also cool. Never heard of that figure, but it sounds interesting.

I think Owain is a nice name.

I actually associate Owain with Owain from Fire Emblem: Awakening. He's one of my favorite characters in the game. I do know who Owain Glyndwr was, although I'm sure most Brazilians probably don't unless they're of Welsh heritage. There aren't many Welsh people here, though there's a sizable Welsh community in neighboring Argentina.

I've never heard of Owain Glyndwr. I'd guess most Americans haven't.
