I have a co-worker with a daughter named Tindra. I don't like the way it sounds when she talks about her daughter. It just sounds weird.
I know people here don't really like when you use the word trashy to describe names but Tindra is a name I would put in that category.
Also, personally I wouldn't translate "tindra" to sparkle but rather "to shimmer" or "to twinkle". I guess it's not a huge difference but there is a difference.
