I do think it's a nice sound.
These are my associations: quaint, prayer, golden, expansive, tornadoes, prairie-fire aka indian-paintbrush, homesteaders, "A Prairie Home Companion".
I'd compare it to Primrose and Savanna (before those caught on). It's usable if you like uncommon nature names.
