I quite like it. I'd consider it a MN only, but it wouldn't be the worst FN out there either.
It's more appropriate for a baby born in Winter (or a very cold Autumn maybe).
Oh and be prepared for some jokes though. I mean, with a name picked out like this, you could announce a pregnancy like this:
Winter is coming!
