It's not horrible, but I don't really like it.
It sounds like a wannabe femme fatale, because it reminds me of Milady de Winter from the Three Muskateers and also just the symbolism of winter.
I think I'd feel the same way about Belladona or Hemlock if those became popular.

Do you think it’s wordy enough to be annoying as a given name/ would you mind if it was your name?
I'm fine with some word names, but I wouldn't want to be named Winter.
