My cousin is named Lisa Margarita.
It's her favorite thing about her name and everyone who finds out her middle name loves it.
I think it is very usable.
However, her mother is from Puerto Rico, so she has the Spanish background to pull it off.
I think Margarita Vale would be pretty.
