It's definitely a kreatyv spelling of Hugo :(

Ick. I tried to say it in Spanish and then realized it didn’t make sense.
What was wrong with Hugo? It just kind of seems to me like spelling it Huego would make it confusing to pronounce.

I tried to say it in Spanish too, and apparently 'huego' is an obsolete form of fuego: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fuego#Old_Spanish
imo, that would definitely make a cooler name than Hue-go :)
