[Opinions] Re: celebrity BA

1. Not all names need nicknames.
2. Not all nicknames have to come directly from sounds existing in the name.
If she must have a nickname... Kay, K.K., Kiki, Koko, Kasey (from K.C.), Katie (Kulture), Tura? Kulti C?
Or she may end up with a familiar nicknames that becomes what she goes by. My boss's wife (this is a 70+ year old woman) goes by Peedee, because her father called her 'Peaches' as a small child and she couldn't say 'Peaches', she said 'Peedee'. Her real name is Beth, but she uses Peedee professionally.

No, not all names need nicknames. But if the name's awful, a nickname's gonna be pretty desirable.
Fun Fact: Her parents don't think her name is awful and will enjoy calling her by it.
That's weird...I worked with an older woman named Petie, years ago. Her full name was Patricia.
