Malcolm seems unforgivably bland, and Raphael ... might be OKish if it didn't get shortened. Rafie is awful.

I like all four names.
I don't know what vibe they share! Raphael's a little different from the others, being non pagan so to speak.
I've met little boys Malcolm and Rafael. They work.
Martin is dated but I think it's usable.
I'll just go down my list and put names I think at least sort-of go with.

Julian: This seemed to be a BtN favorite back when I joined, but I have no idea how people feel about it, now. It's okay, I guess. I kind of expect it, though. I know that sounds like a weird thing to say, but it's one of those names that seems to be on a lot of lists, and now, it's just...there. Not as sparkly as it used to be, that's for sure.

Malcolm: I really like Malcolm. I think it's a handsome name, and dignified. Thumbs up, from me.

Julian and Raphael give me the same vibe, and I like them both alright. Other names like them (in my opinion) are Gabriel, Isaac, Benjamin, Samuel, Matteo, Elias, Felix..

I don't like Malcom at all, and to me it's completely different in style, quite like Martin. Other names like them; Douglas, Joshua, Alan, Andrew, Michael, Christopher, Daniel

I love these! Actually, the only one I dislike is Raphael, because it doesn't "fit in" with my other boys. I also don't like Martin because sooooooo bland and boring!

I like all of them! Very nice names - they give different vibes to me but they still work together. I’ve never really seen the appeal of Martin, at least not the sound of it, but it has a great history.
