I like George and Charles and James and Patrick.
I would like Albert and Ebenezer but I don't like Albert Ebenezer and Ebenezer.
I don't think I've ever heard anything worse than Ronald and Donald. They're too similar and sound like the name of a political comedy about US presidents.
