Beau for a boy and Bo for a girl. It works as a full name, though Bo for a girl is pushing it for its shortness. I have met a female Bo and she pulled it off just fine.

"Bo" -> Boaz
"Beau" -> Beauregard (though Beau by itself is better)
Female:
"Bo" -> Boudica (other ideas: Bodil Boyana Rainbow)
