It has ben 10 long years since we last checked in with the extended monarchy of the Wessex-turned-Brittany reign of England. Though, not too much has happened!
In breaking news, the Queen Mother, Nina, who survived for so long at her tyrannical husband's side, finally passed peacefully away at the grand age of 67 surrounded by her loving family.
King Arthur and Queen Eve continue to head England with a lot of care and respect, their children have grown up beautifully. Oldest son, and heir to the throne, Isaac has recently gotten engaged to the niece of King William Mansel of Belgium who has been so far unable to bear an heir for Belgium with Isaac's auntie, Queen Juliet. At 33, there is still time for Juliet to bear a child but the engagement ensures the continuation of the Mansel line in some respect.
Speaking of bearing children in old age. The people of France were quite surprised when their King and Queen announced the birth of surprise baby Prince Louis 4 years ago, 10 years after their only surviving son's birth. The new Prince is rejoiced as a blessing.
The only other birth to grace the monarchy in the last 10 years has come from Alice and Benedict who gave Edie a baby brother five years ago in the shape of Prince Edmund.
