Balancing modelling and raising a small child hasn’t been easy for Connor and Beth - there have been times where one of them has had to cancel a job because they couldn’t leave Noah alone. The media has been borderline obsessed with him, always trying to take photos or generally invade the privacy of the celebrity couple and their son. When Beth announced she was expecting again, there was another sudden flurry of attention - everyone and their mother was scrutinising everything about her pregnancy. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl - her first name is ranked 1-50 in England and Wales for 2016 and her middle name is an uncommon word name.

Life has been pretty good for the Karlsen-Brekke family the last two years. Their blog, with posts in both Norwegian and English, has become fairly popular, and has been joined by an Instagram account - all photography by Kaja, naturally, who has started to expand her portfolio. Initially, they hadn’t planned on adding to their family in the near future. They wanted to enjoy the experience of raising Asta to the full, and thought the best way to do that would be to give her all of their attention. However, they began to think: both Maria and Kaja have close bonds with siblings close to their own age, and they want that for their daughter too. And so, they adopted another baby girl when Asta was 2. Their second daughter has a cool, modern-feeling Norwegian first name and her middle name is a more classic Norwegian name.

Ana’s design business has rather taken off in the last three years, thanks to the extensive funding her husband has been providing her with. She hasn’t had so much time to spend with Francesco recently, having been flying all over the world to attend events and shows: however, they still found the time to conceive a child, despite Francesco always having claimed that he “wasn’t a family kind of guy”. Ana is convinced that he’ll be a great father - with the help of the nanny they have employed, naturally. Their son was born a year ago, and they gave him a fairly uncommon Italian first name, a Slovenian first middle name, and a second middle name which honours his grandfather, Lorenzo Antonio.

Life with two small children in the house, while both parents were working full time, has certainly been hectic. However, Emily and Karim found that they’ve absolutely loved raising Amir and Haya, and soon began to think about adding to their family again. After several months of trying, Emily finally found out that she was expecting. They recently welcomed a son, whose first name is Arabic, but doesn’t start with A or H, and who has an Irish middle name.

Les Inséparables moved to Paris two years ago, just after Kiki’s first birthday, in search of more musical opportunities. Alas, these have been rather thin on the ground: the duo play their indie rock in bars and clubs at night, leaving Kiki backstage, and work during the day while she’s at nursery. They were a little surprised to find out that Lucie is expecting again: however, they’re determined to give both their daughters as good a life as possible. They want their second daughter to have a cool, quirky French first name and a short, Spanish middle name.

Clemens was less than thrilled when he found out that he was going to have yet another sister. He’s an athletic, energetic boy, arguing a lot with Amelie, who often complains that he’s interrupting her music practice. Clemens and Annika often gang up on her, and she’s was worried that the new baby might grow up on their side too. Mark and Katharina, for their part, were delighted to have another little one in the house, though it’s been a while since they dealt with an infant. Their third daughter has a German first name with a common nickname, a short French or German first middle name, and an uncommon English second middle name.
