My order of preference would be here
1. Paulina, quite the best one, still the most current variant
2. Pauline, can't say I'm a fan of it, kind of vintage charm
3. Paula, boring, overused in the 90's, lacking in content
4. Paulette, real old ladies name, rather dated
If I had to use such a Paul-FN, it would most likely be Paola, Polina or Paulien.
