While Philip and Margaret pulled through, little Cecily sadly passed away. Desmond and Gaenor were crushed to lose their youngest daughter, no matter how common were infant and young children deaths at that time. Welcoming another daughter just a few months after losing another one was bitter sweet, at moments it felt like they were replacing Cecily with another child which was certainly not true as little Poppy displayed her very different personality from day one. Two years later the couple's twin sons, Peter and Lael, were born completing the family.

DD: (18) Katherine Mary CavendishHenry Cavendish is in love. He is in love with a criminal. Her name is Gris.
Griselda Ilbert is a thief. She steals from corrupt nobles, but she still steals. She likes being a thorn in their side. She wants them to know what it's like to lose something important like poor people do all the time.
The money doesn't hurt either.
Henry found her one night, perched on a noble's fence, looking at their large, pretentious house. He doesn't know why he was drawn to her, but he was.
He sat next to her and tried to flirt with her. He failed miserably, but Gris thought it was cute. She thought he was cute. She let him come back every night. She even let him stand guard when she robbed the house. Henry is normally very rule-following, but he's not normally in love, so...
He's working up the nerve to ask her to marry him. She's waiting for him to work up the nerve.
Eira has married Nat. After living in the city her whole life, she loves the estate. It's much less crowded and much more tree-ey. She thinks it's beautiful. She loves Nat, too. He's six inches taller than she is, and he's very protective of her. Also, he can pick her up. Katherine has come to visit, and she thinks they're adorable. They have a daughter, Molly.
Katherine is still single. She's okay with that. She's dated seven boys over the course of five years, and as happy as they made her, she's not sure she's ready to settle down yet.

At fifteen, she lost her virginity, hiding the fact from her parents. At sixteen, she got pregnant. Fortunately for her, her mother was expecting at the same time. Joan stopped going anywhere, staying at home with her mother all day. When Heather had a miscarriage and Joan went to full term, Heather and Benjamin raised Joan's daughter as their own. No one knew Joan's secret. Except for the man who helped deliver her baby. Simon Shelby was a kind man with a drawn face, betraying the many secrets of his own that he kept. He fell in love with Joan and started seeing her. After almost three full years of this, he asked her parents for Joan's hand. The two now live happily engaged.

--DD/DD: [2] Patricia Molly Lewis / Maria Chastity LewisDS/DD: [16] Anthony Drake Hathaway / Phoebe Abigail HathawayChloe wed her husband, Peter, mere weeks after her eighteenth birthday. Peter is an attorney, and her parents deemed him a worthy suitor, though Chloe set her sights on him before Alexander and Mehitabel knew of his existence. Luckily for her, Peter had his sights set on her as well, and after a whirlwind courtship, Peter proposed marriage, and Chloe accepted. The wedding was a large affair, many family members and friends attending. Just under a year after the wedding, Chloe and Peter welcomed twin baby girls, Patricia and Maria. "Trisha", as Maria calls her, and Maria are now two years old, and very mischievous, curious toddlers. The only thing that seems to calm them is when their parents or aunt and uncle practice musical endeavors.
Anthony is still not certain of what he wants to do, but, upon getting to know Peter well, he is leaning toward becoming something in the legal profession. Phoebe is exasperated by her parents' (and sister's) attempts to find her a promising suitor, and often laments that Chloe found her own husband, and why can she not do the same?

Paul and Tiggy really thought they were done. Four kids were enough to raise! But in the autumn of 1593 Tiggy discovered she was, in fact, with child! A son was born the following year, when Nell was 14, named Titus - after the most ridiculous and fun play Paul and Tiggy had ever seen together. Because of this, sometimes Titus' older siblings refer to him as "Andronicus" in a joking manner. Two years after that, a forty-year-old Tiggy gave birth to little Isabeau - after which she stridently declared, "No more, now! I bloody mean it!" But for their part, the elder four kids did well to help in their youngest siblings' rearing. The family's "business" was making money hand over fist, everything falling in line smoothly (people actually paid their loans back!). Now Paul had to think of his children's futures. A merchant richer than Croesus, Jonathan Streete, had a lovely daughter named Viola, who just entered society at seventeen years old. Master Streete owed a great personal debt to Master Priddy, over the many favors the latter had done for him, so Owen Priddy was welcomed as a suitor amongst nobles and landed gentry. Viola, with some pressure from her father, ultimately chose Owen from the rest, and soon they were married. It was a marriage of convenience, true (Master Streete even told Owen "if she breeds not, send her back"), but they got on well. Just this year Viola birthed a son, Simon Galen - his second name after the famed physician. His parents have a future far more "legitimate" in line for him.
