I kind of like Kay, but it's not a name that's made a comeback. I think it's cute and simple, though. What do you think of it? Could it work on a modern baby/girl? Should it have a fuller name, and if so, what should it be?

Don't like it, seems more like a nickname than an actual name.

I think it’s cute, but I would use it as a nn. It’d be a cute uncommon nn for Katherine. It would also work well as a nn for Kaylin.

I like Kay as a middle name actually, similar to Fay. As a nickname I think it can work for anything that starts with a K.
