Honestly? I don't like either.
I've never lived Georgia, I think it's short, harsh and ugly (sorry!) Anthea I don't think much more highly of... Though I do really enjoy Thea so Anthea Florence would win out of the options you gave.
If I could tweak slightly, and mix 'n' match those middles, I would LOVE to see Georgina Florence or Athena Florence "Thea" - I strongly thing Thea still works as a nickname for Athena. Or you could cut out the middle man and go with Thea Florence.
I like Peter. I'm not wild on either of the middle choices; Peter Lorcan wins for me but I'm still not sold on the flow of it.
