What do you think of Damla? It means 'water drop' in Turkish. Can you suggest other Turkish names with nice meanings? Maybe also some that aren't in the database. Thanks :)

Damla sounds like an expletive. I can just hear a mother screaming "DAMN-la" at the playground.Aysu - from Turkish ay meaning "moon" and su meaning "water"
Aslan - "lion"
Eren - "saint, holy person"
Yilmaz - "dauntless, intrepid" (I like the meaning but am not crazy about the sound)
Tarik - "he who knocks at the door" in Arabic. This is the Arabic name of the morning star. (I like the meaning, but some of the people with this name are controversial).
Zehra - "brilliant, bright"

I think Damla is pronounced more like DAHM-la and not like DAMN-la. But I guess it could get misprounced :/
Thank you! I like Aysu a lot.
