I'd think: well, you're not from here! - as it's the common kid's term for penis in the UK and therefore unusable. I have met a few Scottish bearers, but they're always older men - 60+ - and usually pronounce it 'Wullie'

Yep and it's also used in the states. The equivalent of using the name, 'Dick' in this day and age.
