I'd say Gluv-een. It mostly just makes me think of gloves, which is weird.
I found reference to a few different Glovenes when I googled it, and they're all from Berwick, PA. Glovenia looks similar and seems to have been slightly more popular...when I searched that on BtN, Glovanna (it's listed as East African, with no other info) came up, which reminds me of Giovanna...
It almost seems like a step between Lovie and Jolene to me.
