As others have said, it would be a pretty bad choice for a real girl, but for a small pet (ie cat, small/toy breed dog, rabbit ect) it would be kind of cute.

Unfortunately, 304 girls were named Vanellope in the U.S. between 2013 & 2017. 47 in 2017, 49 in 2016, 68 in 2015, 78 in 2014 & 63 in 2013.
