I think its a nice name for a fantasy/ sci-fi character, but maybe not so much a real person.
I could imagine it on a girl from a pseudo-mediaeval fantasy or futuristic sci-fi story.

My thoughts pretty much mirror yours. A name that I feel wouldn't be easy to pull off for an actual person.
