I don’t know where you’re from, but to me, I hear and see tumor. Not so great for me.
I am not. My partner is an atheist Jew and we decided on Hebrew names.
I mean they are Hebrew, but they are not necessarily religious Hebrew names.
Agreed!
I mean, people always told me my name was very Jewish, but my family is Catholic. :/
Well, if your partner is Jewish and you've talked about having kids, I can see how considering their background when it comes to names is a natural thing. I don't think conversion is needed.

Believe me, I understand. I married into a Catholic family. I chose to convert, though.
Again, though, I thought she once mentioned considering it. I admit I was wrong.

I have considered it but decided not to. My partner is a Jew but an atheist. We live in a very Jewish area. Being a Jew would make our children Jewish so those were my reasons.
It is nice.
Ugh...reminds me of "tumor". Oh, and it's also too close to the Spanish verb tomar "to take".
