But it doesn't appear to be used in the Netherlands as a girl's name, does it? If I'm wrong and BtN simply doesn't list it, then I'd use that one. Otherwise, I'd use Hannah.

It's used as a girl's name here but Janne is not listed by BtN.
Janne is also pronounced very dutch, I don't know if you know what I mean, but it's not a 'hard' J, as in Jenna, but a 'soft' one; and it sounds like Jan-nuh.
But I like Kyra and Hannah also, so it's very hard to decide which one I like best. Janne is less popular here in Holland.
I'm not pregnant btw, just trying to figure out which name will be my favorite name.

Oh, lol! I thought it was for a character or something--that's why I tried to pick the one that sounded most typicallys Dutch. :)
