[Opinions] Augustin / Augustine ?
WDYTO the name? I prounonce it as (AW-GUS-Tin)with emphasison the first two syllables rather than the last as most people do, I prefer the spelling Augustin because it seems more masculine and people ususally assume Augustine is a girl's name.
Thoughts ? Opinions? Middle name pairings? Mine are:
Augustin Xavier
Augustin Joshua
Augustin Philip
Augustin Daniel
Augustin Timothy
Augustin Emmanuel
Illuminosa, immortalis
Sancta gloriosa

I pronounced Augustine as AW-gə-steen and Augustin as aw-GUS-tin. I prefer Augustine because it is a traditional boys name in my area and most people know how to pronounce it due to notable figures like Augustine of Hippo and Augustine of Canterbury. Plus, St. Augustine is a well known cultural city in Florida. No one would assume that Augustine was a girl. Augusta and Augustina are the feminine forms. Since it has the same ending as Constantine, a Roman Emperor every school child has read about, it comes across as very masculine.
Augustin is okay, but it is more common in areas that I have no connection with. Of your combos, Augustin Xavier is my favorite. Augustin Philip also sounds nice.
Augustine Ignatius
Augustine Raphael
Augustine Julius

I prefer Augustine for girls, but it's okay as masculine. I like Agustin for guys, but I don't really like August / Augustus.
I'm on the fence about Augustin; the pronunciation feels awkwardly ambiguous to me, and I have a hard time pairing it with things.
I like Augustin Philip best from the list. I'd probably combine Augustine with Ernst, or something else short and abrupt, like Luke / Luka / Kurt / Konrad, but that's partly because of how I pronounce the ending...maybe Augustin Marcel, though I would be more likely to use Augustin Meshach... I like that version with 2-syllable M names... Augustin Dmitri or Augustin Joel would be ok, too.

It's okat buy I really prefer both August and Augustus. My favorite spelling is Augustine, it looks more complete to me and I haven't heard of anyone who would assume it's a girls name. I don't like any of the middle name pairings though (sorry), but maybe these could be something:
Augustine Elias
Augustine Reuben
Augustine Hugo
Augustine Lucas
Augustine Caleb
Augustine Patrick
Augustine Samson
It's a hard name to pair!
