I really like it. It has a pleasant sound, and I like that it contains both a 'z' and an 'r.' I associate it with the Biblical scribe/priest/teacher, the actor
Ezra Miller, and the artist
Ezra Winter. I know of
Ezra Pound,
Ezra Cornell (founder of
Cornell University), and
Ezra Stiles (President of
Yale and Co-founder of Brown University) but they aren't my top associations.
I've heard of
Esdras as a variation, but Ezran is a new one. It isn't as nice as
Ezra.
