I really like Clarence!
It reminds me Clarence House and the British Royal Family! It has a neat sound and can be shortened to Clare / Clair.
I like Walter but it is an old-favourite and too tied with some fictional characters.
I dislike Eugene. I much prefer Evgeniy.
