[Opinions] Re: Isabel and Isabelle
Hi Perrine !!!I pronounce Isabel EE-za-bel (English) and ee-sa-BHEL (Spanish)Isabelle ee-za-BELLI prefer Isabel because can work in two different languages. Isabelle is an old fave but I prefer others French names to it as Isabel is actually an old kind of French too. Both Isabel and Isabelle have blond hair and very dark blue eyes in my mind. The personality is different: Isabel is strong, energetic, indipendent while Isabelle seems cutesy and quite childish now. After that Isabelle is kind of stereotyped French name (I noticed it in many sources). I dislike this fact Before I used to love the -belle ending but now I just prefer simply Belle over Isabelle. Isabella (ee-za-BEL-la) is another thing. Isabella has wavy, long, dark hair and brown or green eyes. It is strange but Isabella gives me a better "Spanish" vibe than Isabel.
This because Isabella was used among royal families in southern Italy that were Spanish ones. The rank Is
1 Isabella 10/10
2 Isabel 8/10
3 Isabelle 6/10Personal Name Lists https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/125456
