I would choose Amy.
Actually I'm not free about these choices.
Amanda is my sister's name and Amy is her nickname.
We both dislike the full name Amanda because it is clumsy.
We both like Amy because it is lively, fresh, cute with an electric sound but also sweet.
About Amber .. I simply prefer other forms like Ambra, Elektra, Ámbar.
