I don't like any.
Chloe - has always sounded very spoilt and mean girl-y to me. It's a shame, because when you strip away those associations, it has a pleasant sound and lovely meaning.
Carys - I prefer Cerys - it's softer-sounding - even if Carys is more immediate.
Carolyn - dated. I do love Caroline, which is also dated, but less... specifically, if that makes sense.
So I would choose Chloe, in a vacuum. Carys is too popular here for me to use and I dislike the spelling of Carolyn.
