I love Theodore! A lot! It's one of my short-list-I-would-totally-name-my-own-son-this names. :D Theo is a very cool sounding nn. The only Theo I've ever "known" was the son on The Cosby Show, and he was hot and popular and nice, so I don't see it as nerdy at all.
Damian sounds like the name of a little devil child with an ADHD nightmare of a behavior problem. I don't favor that name at all.
I also, my own preferences aside, think Theodore matches the style of the other sons' names better.
