I'm not sure how Qays would be pronounced. If it is the same as Kees/Case (both pronounced CASE) it would be very handsome.
Doing a Bible check, I see Yuval is a variation of Jubal (or the other way around). I prefer Jubal because Yuval sounds very much like Orville.

I'm not sure how Qays would be pronounced, but at first glance, it looks like a very kre8tive spelling of Case (if that's a name?)
I don't like Yuval much either for some reason, and it sounds feminine to me.
