Which one, and why? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Lindsay is cute, makes me think of an athletic, friendly girl. I’d spell it differently though. Lauren - has a subtle prettiness but I like it better for a mn.
Lola - I like it but it makes me think of a diva-ish woman lol. It’d be my second choice after Lindsay.

Lauren is a very pretty name. Lindsay is like a dumb name and I'd just never use Lola as a full name. I'd totally use it as a nickname. Gosh I feel like I used to have a fried I'd call Lola. It might have been my friend Lauren actually. Lauren is as plain as white bread but it's a pretty name.

Lola :)Lauren & Lindsay are so dated and not ready to come back, IMO

LolaI think it's spunky and cute. I love Lauren too, but it's too common for my liking. Hate Lindsey.

Lauren, because it looks modern without being dated.

Lola is all spaniel to me: a school friend had a dear little black spaniel whom they named Lola because she looked like a Spanish dancer; as a puppy, that is. In later life her ears turned grey and she looked like a black judge in a wig. And then there is the Kinks song, which I love with all my heart, but it does rather place limits on the name!Lauren bugs me. First of all, Laura is one of my favourite names of all time. Then, Lauren might be said to sound like Laurent, in which case it's a gender-bender. And finally, it had its moment of megapopularity. That's over, so it should be Back To Laura time. So, OK, Lindsay. I prefer Lindsey for a girl, but either will do. It's one of the nicer Lin- and Lyn- names.

Lauren.Lindsay is way too dated and too associated with someone I disliked at school for me.
Lola is cute but not really me. I prefer Layla, Lyla or Leela.
Lauren is nice but dated, although I know of a baby one. I actually seem to know several Laurens at the moment after not meeting one for years.

I love Lauren--and I might add that it appropriate is for either gender.

Lauren - it's in that "dated but still pretty" category for me. Lola is cute as a nickname and every Lindsay I knew growing up was a mean girl (joke unintended)

My partner's response...."Ugh I dunno, I choose Laura. They're all bad"
Me: "Lauren not Laura."
"Even worse!":P

definitely LaurenI'd be willing to use this on a daughter, first or middle name slot.
Lindsay is a bratty name to me, and Lola just sounds cheap.

These are all good names - though I often feel I'm alone on BtN in liking Lindsay. Lauren is sweet, but I have known so many Laurens it's crazy (hugely popular for my generation). So I'd probably go with Lola. It's short, spunky, and memorable.

Lauren, a classic

definitely Lauren. It’s cute and sweet.
Lindsay is too unisex, which I dislike.
Lola is just ugly.

Lola, just because it seems the most refreshing.

LaurenI like the victorious meaning of Lauren and although its dated it sounds comfortable and pleasant.Lindsey seems like a product of the last name as first name trend. An older girl I knew in school with this name tended to be bossy and put on superior airs.Lola sounds cartoonish like a flying pig or comedian stage name.

Lauren. No hessitations.Simply because I never cared much for Lindsay or especially Lola which to me, just sounds like a floozy stage name.
In order I would put them would be:Lauren
Lindsey (THIS spelling!)
Lola (Dead last)

LolaBecause Lindsay and Lauren were too popular, I never liked Lindsay anyway, and Lauren is too close to the hated Laura, although I have known a very sweet and wonderful Lauren.Lola....I could see it actually.

Hi Billina !!!!Actually this round I dislike all the names.Lauren 4/10 boring, colourless. I much prefer Lorraine.Lindsay 2/10 surnamey plus I dislike the sound.Lola 6/10 old-favourite. I prefer other Spanish names. I used to like its sound but I can't stand the link with Dolores and Lolita. Horrible names. As you can see Lola wins but..no thanks.
