Megan, because I prefer the pronunciation and spelling to the others.
I'm surprising myself by going with Mindy. I can picture it equally on a toddler, a 30-something woman, and a grandmother. I'd prefer it as a nn, but I'm not sure for what full name.
Megan fits in with my usual choices - well known, boring, but wouldn't raise an eyebrow. I'm just feeling Mindy more today.
I don't like Marjorie at all. It reminds me of margarine and cows.

Mindy. It's cute and cheerful. One of my good friends is named Mindy, short for Melinda Erin.
Marjorie is sweet in a grandma kind of way. Megan is obnoxious.

Megan, most classic, suits all ages
I enjoy Mindy--perhaps due to the sound.
MINdy or MIENdy? Either way, it's flimsy and nicknamey.
Megan, bizarrely, has pronunciation issues and has been viral as both MEGan and MEEgan, with the occasional MAYgan for comic relief. I used to like it, and I still like the MEGan version, but I'd never use it or recommend it any more.
Marjorie is a good way of spelling a good name. I had a distant relative who was sometimes known as Marj or Marjie, which isn't the best, but it's a whole lot better than Maggie or - a South African special! - Marghie, with -gh- indicating a g sound, not a j. This is unfortunate, I suppose, because I do prefer Margaret to Marjorie, but since both are prone to nicknames it hardly matters. In this company, Marjorie wins hands down.

MIN-dee.
All are bad.
Megan because it's been too popular and is now dated.
Marjorie because it makes me think of margarine.
Mindy because it should be a nickname and it's a little too cutesy.
But if I had to, Mindy. I'd rather put up with a nickname as full name and cutesy than margarine or not-too-long-ago-popular-and-now-sinking-like-a-stone. If it were Melinda nn Mindy, I'd have an easier time.

Marjorie 100%
Except I prefer it spelled Margery. Mindy's weird. Megan's boring.
