Does Liekki have any other forms? In other words, is it a diminutive to anything?
Also how rare is its usage?

The Finnish word liekki means "flame", so this is not a diminutive. It is very rare. According to Finnish statistics it was given to approximately 50 people (or less) in the last 100 years.
