[Opinions] Elina or Elisa?
Which one do you prefer and why?

Elisa, sounds prettier
I like Elisa better than Elina although they’re both pretty and surprisingly underused.
I prefer Elisa because I love the nn Elsie and Elsa, even though Elisa doesn’t really need a nickname.
Also, the s on the last syllable is pleasant to my ears in contrast to the popularity of NA ending girl names. I find Elisa refreshing.

Elina. It's been a favorite of mine for ages, and I simply dislike -lisa names as they sound too childish to me.
Elisa, not so keen on -ina endings.
Elisa is prettier and... "lacier" (dainty and delicate but not frilly)?
Elina is also good, it's a little more practical/versatile, and I like the relation to Elin, Ellen, etc.
The one problem with Elisa is that I only like the English pronunciation, and it could easily be mistaken for other pronunciations or names with similar spellings like Eliza or Elissa.

Elisa is nice enough as a nickname for Elizabeth, and it's cool on its own too, but Elina is more fun and more substantial.
