I would pronounce these two differently, Anneliese is AH-na-LEEZ-eh and Annalisa is like Anna+Lisa an-AH-lee-SUH.
I suspect a lot of people wouldn't know how to pronounce Anneliese regardless of the schwa, so I don't think telling people "actually it ends with an A sound" will be that big of a deal.
