[Opinions] Family BAs
Two of my cousins recently gave birth. My cousin Megan and her fiancé Dylan welcomed Lorenzo Michael John into the world earlier than expected. He wasn't due to arrive until mid-November. He's not out of the woods yet, but things are looking positive. I was surprised by their choice, only because our family is not Italian by any stretch of the imagination, not even distantly. Apparently he was named after a charming little boy from her work.My other cousin Ashley and her fiancé Allan announced the birth of Owen Frank Christopher today. He is named after two special people. Frank honours her stepdad who passed away recently and Christopher honours her cousin who passed away tragically from a brain tumour at the age of 30 a few years ago.

Lorenzo Michael John: personally, I think it's strange when people use names outside their culture, but Lorenzo sounds okay. I like both Michael and John, but they're rather plain.
Owen Frank Christopher: I dislike Owen, and while I don't like Frank either, it's okay since it's a honouring name. Christopher is nice.

I love Lorenzo, but am also not Italian or Spanish in any way. Owen is overdone and I have always thought it was hideous. The middle names are nice.
