Tiana is at least a name, although I prefer it as a nickname. I love the Princess and the Frog character, but I don’t see this as a “princessy” name. A nickname on its own would probably never be allowed to be bestowed on a real baby princess. At least not one directly expected to ascend to the throne. I think William and Kate were encouraged to pick from a list of “acceptable” royal names, but Harry and Meghan were afforded more freedom.
A tiara is a symbolic accessory. It may be associated with princesses, but it’s like naming a girl Necklace or Scepter. She’s a person, not an object.
