[Opinions] Dutch/Italian/British???
My friend is Italian and her partner is Dutch and they are living in Britain. They don’t know if the baby is a boy or girl but are trying to and struggling to come up with names that would work in Italian and Dutch. Ideally they also want a name that can be used in Britain but Italian and Dutch is a must. Ideas please?

For boys:Marco, Carlo, Mario, Ivo and Nico are widely used in the Netherlands and are Italian as well. Italian names that don´t end in a vowel like Alex, Oscar, Ivan, Walter. Some typically Italian names are known in the Netherlands as well and wouldn´t cause any issues: Luca, Gianni, Giovanni, Antonio, Armando, Guido, Manuel, Matteo, Raul, Raoul, Rocco. Being Dutch, I´d personally go with Marco or Oscar in their situation.Only ones that would really be silly in Dutch: Andrea (strictly feminine in the NL), Pino (Big Bird in Sesame Street in the NL), Peppi, Tito. The Italian names that give spelling trouble in English are the ones that would give trouble in Dutch as well.I´ll try and add feminine suggestions later.
