Lydia is gorgeous. Lydia and Olivia are much too similar for sisters, but since Olivia is the middle name it's okay IMO.
I would still use it. You could consider it a namesake from Aunt Lidia. :)
I'd go with Liliana, because you can always nickname her Lia (Leah) sometimes!
