Jen, without a doubt. Jenn is pretentious and looks silly.

Not as silly as Jann, though! I knw a Janet who goes by Jan but spells it Jann. Where the extra n comes from, only she knows.

I prefer Jen personally. I like Jennifer though it does sound rather dated now, as does Jenny.

Jenna is still usable without sounding dated though
