I love both, but I really, really adore Raphaëlle. It's super popular right now in my province. I just think it looks so pretty. Raphaël is very handsome to me. I get the same feel from it that I get from Gabriel.

I think Raphael and Rafael are attractive, strong names for a male. I used to love these names (Raphael Simon especially), but now they've lost a bit of their luster due to association. The feminine forms are evocative, but too ostentatious for me.

I think Raphael is one of the most handsome names out there. Along with Julian and Sebastian. Raphaëlle Is refreshing on a girl. Raphaëlle & Marcella too much?

They sound nice together, maybe if it was Raphaelle and Marcelle or Raffaella and Marcella it would be.

I like Raphael (and Rafael). I especially love how it looks, and not so much how it sounds and especially when pronounced in Swedish. So it wasn't on my list for long when I was about to name my son, but I'd love to meet an Raphael/Rafael.Raphaelle seems over the top and I don't like the look of it either.

Hi !!!!I prefer the masculine forms of this name.Raphaël is aesthetically beautiful! I love names with the ë. I dislike the suffix -ella because it has become cutesy and horribly trendy. My favourite forms of this names are: Rafael, Raffaele and Raffaello.

I love accent marks and French names, yet they don't allow them in some US states. They make the name look so sophisticated. The spelling Raffaele looks very nice, though I don't think I have seen it before. Rafael is 526 in the US, whereas Rafael is 258. There is a lot of Spanish speakers and Hispanic people in the US which is probably why as Rafael is the Spanish spelling.

Raphael is very handsome. I prefer Raphaela for a girl. Raphaelle somehow looks too contrived/over the top to me, which is silly because it's the same logically as Gabriel and Gabrielle.

I don't like either, but especially the feminine version.
