[Opinions] Heliz / Helize / Heloise
Currently loving Heliz “heh-LEEZ” and wondering if this is a real name (possibly related to Heloise) or word and which spelling you think makes the most sense? I’m toying with it mostly as a MN but what’s your impression of it as a first name? What about Heloise?

Don't name your kid Heloise if you don't live in a French speaking area. Most English speakers won't know the H is silent.

I don't like the look of Heloise (I pronounce it heh-lo-eese) and prefer Helize to get your pronunciation

Hmm, I like Heliz/Helize! Especially if it was stylized as Héliz. It sounds like a variant of Helios or something. Very elegant. I like it better as a first name though.Apparently there's an author named Helize Van Vuuren...
