Not exactly 5/5 and not a sibset, but these are twin pairs I've thought about before

Suzume & Yuzuru (f,f) "Suzu & Yuzu"
Silva & Pyrrha (m,f)
Desta & Taide (m,f) "Dez & Tai"
Ederne & Enid (f,f) "Eddie & Enid"
Cassim & Wolfram (m,m) "Cas & Wolf"
