I like the Italian pronunciation of Luciano more than the Spanish ones.
Cirillo is cute.
Walter with a V sound is somehow dashing.
Albano sounds/looks too much like albino.
I prefer Karl and Carlos to Carlo, possibly just because I don't encounter Carlo much.
Sebastiano is okay. I prefer Sebastian, though.
I don't like Michela, but there are very few variations of Michael that I do like.
Giada sounds harsh to me.
I was expecting Iva to be related to Eva, but it's not, right? I like it.

Giada (JAH/da "jade")- prettier then Jade.
Michela (mee/KEH/lah)- nice sound, but it sounds like Michelle-a to me as an English speaker and then just dated.
Iva (EE/va)- cute name.
Carlo
Sebastiano (seh/ba/STYAH/no)- prefer just Sebastian. and styah is a weird sound to me, kind of hard to make. sti-ah is more what I would say as a native english speaker. Sure it sounds nice in Italian.
Luciano (loo/CHAH/no)- kinda cool.
Cirillo (chee/REEL/lo)- um, don't know what to think of this.
Albano (ahl/BAH/no)- reminds me of Albino.
Walter (VAHL/tehr)- don't like it much.
