I don't like it.
It's not the style that I dislike, I don't think.
I think mostly I just don't like the sound - because it sounds, to me, too much like words funny and phoney.
Telephony, cacophony, symphony ... Persephone.
I also don't like that it is four syllables and has no appealing nicknames. Sephie just bugs me, and Persie seems too synthetic.
And I have an image in my head of Persephone as a passive and helpless character, controlled by some underworld dude who wanted to possess her and argued with her parents ... so that also makes me feel like I wouldn't want to be named after her.
