Emil is currently in vet school at Ohio State, where he also did his undergrad in Animal Biology. He lives with his partner, Hayden Grey Wood, a journalist. When not studying, he can often be found cooking.
Alina is following in her father's footsteps and is currently in her first year of law school at Notre Dame. She completed her undergrad in pre-law studies at Oberlin College, where she participated in student government.
Zoya and Nastya, while still as close as can be, went in very different directions beginning in high school. Zoya played hockey throughout childhood and high school, and received a scholarship to attend Ohio State, where she is double-majoring in Russian and Japanese, and she plans to become a translator. Nastya attended the School of American Ballet, along with the Professional Children's School, beginning in 9th grade, and is now dancing in the Cincinnati Ballet.
Katya is currently studying nursing at Case Western Reserve University, and is also a member of a choral group and a sorority: Alpha Chi Omega.
Tasha began figure skating at age five, and began competing internationally this year with her pairs partner, Xavier Bisset, with whom she trains at the Northern Kentucky Ice Center.
