I love it, its easy to spell, to pronounce and works in many languages. Its not too frilly or feminine but also not overused (at least in Aus). Its the ideal name in my opinion.
The only reason i couldn't use it is because it rhymes with my own.

I like it. My husband has a Norwegian cousin named Nina, and she is great, so I associate it with her. It's one of my favorite names, actually.

I think that’s one of the reasons I love it. I don’t think it matters where we live in the world the name Nina works everywhere.
