I'm kinda okay with it. It's a statement sort of name, like Rainbow - but unlike Rainbow, I think it pretty easily becomes more of a name than a word, when it is used as a name. And it has an interesting shape, for a name - the pronunciation of ea, in particular.
I wouldn't waste it in a middle name slot.
I'd put a middle name with it, that has a lot of name-presence, and no wordiness. Names like Ella, Willa, and Sara don't cut it. Meadow Amelia is nice.
I would want to avoid middle names that start with the "oh" sound, and G, S, P names (anything that forms an unattractive word with do-).

Meadow Evangeline (I hate Evangeline but the combo works imo)
